Comfy Flannel - Sweet and Sassy Charm Pack

I bought 2 packs, Excellent variety of colors & sweet theme with drawings of animals and nursery rhymes, I’ve actually completed a baby quilt, using 44 of the 2 charm packs.

I love flannel, especially for baby quilts. I have a friend who has a new granddaughter and I wanted to make a quilt for the baby. This was a Daily Deal and you could buy two charm packs at the daily deal price. I really like this charm pack because it is gender neutral and almost all the squares are "full designs", not very many stripes or dots. I make little preemie quilts for the newborn nursery at our local hospital. I like to do a few very special ones, just because! Your daily deal was a very good price, so I figured I could make a couple of quilts for our newest little ones!

This charm pack is delightful! The colors are soothing and the fabric is soft just right for a newborn. MSQ also had a solid pink I ordered for a border and another pink print with tiny stars I will use for the backing.
