Countryside Day Free Quilt Pattern by Stacey Day
Countryside Day places fussy-cut animal motifs inside pieced blocks arranged on point. Half-square triangles and smaller triangle units build the surrounding sections, while narrow sashing and snail-print corner squares connect the blocks. Setting triangles complete the diagonal edges before two borders frame the center. Stacey Day designed this advanced-beginner project with Garden Bed fabrics by Club Hauer, and the finished quilt measures 88 1/4 inches square. Directional cutting and placement diagrams help keep the featured motifs facing upright.
