Being a beginner learning to quilt it was a little hard to understand but my quilting club did it together and got help with some of the directions. This was a different print from one shown and I cut my own strips. I am working on my border now using a teal solid color that I think will bring out the colors on the Bargello.

Felt that many of the details in making the quilt are missing. Things like alternating they way you sew the strips. Not everyone has access to the video and a pattern should ‘stand alone’
Also for the quilt top you were instructed to purchase 3/4 yd of contrasting fabric where 1/2 yd would be enough
