Disappearing Hourglass Hidden Stars pattern

I was gifted a layer cake which I took to a quilt sewing retreat. This is the pattern I chose for the layer cake. It is always fun to see what happens “if” in these disappearing blocks. Everyone loved the design!

Glad I watched video!

This was a challenge for me. I needed to concentrate on each step. Thank you for the video that warned that very thing or I might have given up. I can’t wait for how it will look. Take it one step at a time, print the diagram sheets. I also found sewing over some of the seams was a challenge. Starch helped and a small piece of fabric to use as a jump off point before sewing the block.
