    I had a very large order of DMC Floss. Over $60 worth. Every item was there, plus one. When I called to let them know that i was willing to pay for it, which would be cheaper than returning it, they said 'No charge' and thanked me for calling. The woman was so polite and sweet, and she thanked me for calling.

    I love the MSQC. Orders come quickly and correct. I've ordered from them for years now.
