Cut your sewing time in half by using only 10 wedges versus the original 20. With no hand appliqué in the center and no raw edges, a secondary star pattern is created in the center.

This is a great tool to create some interesting versions of a classic Dresden Plate bloc. You can create a range of plate sizes using strips, solids and 4-patches. Also love that the fans are finished and create an interesting star pattern at the centre.

Love the ideas for this ruler!! I’m trying the beach ball quilt. The process is simple and straight forward. It comes together nicely even if your off just a smidge. The block still looks great! I love the start in the middle!!! So many ways to use this!!!
