Dragonfly Delight Free Quilt Pattern by Sue Penn
Dragonfly Delight frames a large floral fabric section with successive narrow and wide borders, adding pieced dragonflies at the outer corners. Sue Penn designed the advanced-beginner quilt with her Dragonfly Dance and Textures 2 collections. Each dragonfly is built from cornered wing pieces and a narrow body strip before joining the border units. The quilt finishes at 52 by 64 inches, and the six-inch corner blocks repeat the fabrics used in the surrounding bands.
