Fruit Bowl Free Quilt Pattern by Karen Witt
Fruit Bowl centers an appliquéd arrangement of fruit and a vase within a series of pieced borders. Pineapples, grapes, apples, pears, and watermelon are combined with stems and leaves, using the Aubergine collection together with Mary’s Blenders. The 60-inch square quilt includes templates for the appliqué shapes and directions for fusible application. Narrow fabric borders, small squares, and triangle-framed border blocks build outward from the center before the striped outer border completes the top.
