Gears Pattern from Man Sewing

I'm totally geared up about this quilt! It was originally inspired by a woman who came to one of my quilting workshops and told me all about a style called Steampunk. I looked into it and, to me, Steampunk seemed like the Terminator filmed in the Victorian age in sepia tones. Then I began to study the work of Luke Haynes and I fell in love with the way he uses modern appliqué on top of traditional piecing. This quilt combines the cool Steampunk style with a fun and easy approach to Luke's style of appliqué. Hope you dig it! -Rob
