Best chalk pencil for quilt markings ever!

I use these for decades. They mark very well and wash out easily. If using a professional pencil sharpener you can get them very sharp and they will last a long time.

Best Marking Pencil

Works Well!

I learned of this marking pencil from a friend who is an avid quilter. I had observed her using it on a project and noted how well it marked her project. This replaced a very old white marking pencil I have had for many years.... which the tip would break every time I used it.

It finally arrived...

It finally arrived and I'm hopeful it will work as well as the Sewline 1.3mm Tailors Pencil. I find it extremely strange and wasteful that the Sewline does not make 1.3mm refills, and will have to replace them with this chalk pencil. I haven't truly put this to work, but you keep asking for a review.

If it showed up, I could review it!

I love my Sewline 1.3mm marking pencils, but they apparently have NO refills available! So I tried to order this Generals White Pastel Chalk Pencil to see if it was/is comparable to the Sewline. Again, my order was not complete, as this item was missing, but the lady in customer service has it on its way!
