Jewel Frame - Green Free Quilt Pattern by Liza Lucy quilt pattern summary

  1. Cut the center squares, framing strips, sashing, and borders from the Green version fabric list. Keep the print selections grouped for the block arrangement.
  2. Sew the frame strips around the print squares in the specified order. Repeat the construction to prepare the forty-nine framed blocks for the quilt center.
  3. Arrange seven blocks in each of seven rows with sashing between them. Join the rows with the long sashing strips, then add the outer borders.
  4. Prepare the binding and layer the top with batting and backing. Baste, quilt, trim the excess layers, and attach the binding to finish the edges.
