Land That I Love Free Quilt Pattern by Stacey Day quilt pattern summary
- Cut and label the pieces from the charts. Make and trim the half-square triangles for the large center star, then assemble its rows and add the inner sashing.
- Make the smaller half-square triangles for the four corner stars. Piece the large setting units and the separate half-square-triangle border units.
- Join the center star, corner stars and setting units in three rows. Attach the narrow borders, half-square-triangle borders and outer border in the order shown.
- Layer the quilt top with batting and backing, then baste and quilt as desired. Complete the quilt with binding.
