    Loved this line when i saw it in Misty’s tutorial on the INTERLOCKED quilt pattern!

    The fabric has a lovely “hand” and it is a solid that has a slight line pattern that resembles Linen. The colors are soft and rich. I downloaded Misty’s pattern “INTERLOCKED” that she did a tutorial on using this line of fabrics…Laundry Baskets Favorites-Linen Texture.

    I made the exact quilt in the tutorial, using the same Laundry Baskets Favorites fabrics and colors. The pictures below show my quilt, i just got it back from the quilters. I will be making the binding today and hurry to sew it on - it is a Christmas present.

    Used the Laundry baskets favorites-Linen texture “Dusk” color again on the back, it is so rich looking.

    Just sharing a little, I also used a printed fab on either side of the “Dusk”(dark blue) that has all kinds of travel items on it. I also embroidered two travel sayings on the Dusk color fab in the middle. I always try to do a backing that pertains to the personality, likes or hobbies of the person I gift it to. I used Bamboo batting for a few reasons, beautiful drape, soft feel, naturally moisture wicking and eco friendly.

    This line of fabric was easy to work/sew with. Sometimes you don’t like sewing on a fabric for some reason.

    This fabric is truly lovely and looks so pretty in person.
