Lizzie Hearts Free Quilt Pattern by Joanie Holton & Melanie Greseth
Lizzie Hearts combines six large pieced blocks with layered heart appliques in a 66 by 93 inch quilt. Each block uses the same construction with a different combination of the Lizzie prints, including daisies, flowers, petals and zigzags. White hearts form the base for smaller colored hearts, which are secured with blanket or zigzag stitching. Green tonal inner borders and yellow tonal outer borders frame the three rows, with yellow tonal fabric also used for the binding.
