Lovestruck Layer Cake

It's so beautiful making the Hip to be Square pattern. Loving the colors in it.

This is the first time I used a layer. cake. I am making a baby quilt for my niece who is expecting a girl in March. I thought it would be fun to try half square triangles for the quilt. I have them sewn, but Christmas took priority. I just need to cut them in half and the quilt top should go together fast. It also should be easy to quilt.
