Essential tool for sewing and cutting

I have been sewing EPP and hand sewing, and I find this Magic Seam Ruler is so handy to mark both sewing lines. I have bought about six of these to have in all my sewing kits. I have been cutting and hand sewing a lot of Jen Kingwell patterns, and I enjoy cutting each block by hand. I use the Magic Seam Ruler for these.
