Midnight Bloom 10" Squares

These squares coordinate well. The colors are vivid and I can’t wait to get to sewing! I have the squares matched up, pinned and marked to start sewing. This will be my first time making triangles!

I used this to make the Trailing Squares pattern, and it came out beautifully. Trailing Squares is a wonderful pattern to show off the deep, rich hues in this fabric collection. BUT several substitutions had been made; there were still 42 squares -- but certain fabrics included 3 squares instead of 2 or 4. In 99 percent of patterns, this wouldn't make a difference, but in Trailing Squares, the flying geese in the border require matching half-square triangles. Fortunately, I hadn't purchased my...

Beautiful fabric, uniformly cut. The colors and quality of the fabric are just what I hoped for. I've got it on my design wall now, making a throw for one of my grandkids. Great pricing, too.
