Midnight Claret Free Quilt Pattern by Stacey Day quilt pattern summary
- Cut the squares, strips and triangles from the chart. Piece the small triangle units, then sew the strip sets and subcut the three-patch rectangles.
- Combine the three-patch rectangles and triangle units. Add the resulting units around the larger center squares to make the four block variations.
- Arrange the blocks, sashing rectangles, small squares and setting triangles according to the quilt diagram. Join the rows and add the corner triangles.
- Layer the quilt top with batting and backing, baste and quilt as desired. Bind using the J strips.
