Little yet mighty!

October is scrappy quilt month…so I take all my scraps and trim them up to make little quilts for kiddos for the fire department in our community to hand out should they need them…some of those scraps are 1 1/2 - 2 inch squares or HST…for a patchwork quilt! I love this little rotary tool I can work while watching T. V. On a lap table! And it works sew well!

Great Rotary Cutter for small templates

I needed a smaller rotary cutter for an appliqué project. This cutter worked great. I needed over 100 small leaf shapes. This was a perfect tool for that. I will say one thing, Ladies (and gents), please inspect your cutting mats. They do not last forever. An older mat will dull your blade fast. I replaced my old mat. What a difference. The old mat is now in the garage. I use it when I paint to catch splatter.

Fabulous rotary cutter! I’ve been working on curved seams and this cutter has made my curved cuts so clean and smooth!

Perfect for dresden plates

This is perfect for the small dresden plates I am making. The grip is comfortable. I have cut out 16 pcs for 12 6" plates so far and have sewn 2 together. I lay pieces out in order I want to use them and clip together in groups. I chain sew tops, then turn and press, sewing 2 at a time till all sections are together. I think I will try the glue when I fold them before pressing. The fine tip applicator will work perfect for a drop. This is the first time I have done a dresden, only been quilting...

wobbly blade

This is the replacement 28mm rotary cutter that I received after the first one I ordered had a wobbly blade. The replacement is exactly the same and also wobbles. Very disappointed, it's not usable.

Does a good job

It’s a nice little cutter. Feels a little flimsy compared to my olfa.

The blade keeps loosening and falling off handle

I have used the rotary cutter approximately one hour and the blade has fallen off 3 times. It’s nut loosens and blade falls off. I like he size of the cutter.

Perfect for precision cutting

It is just the right size for trimming small pieces. It is smaller than my regular rotary cutter, so I can cut and trim small pieces with more precision. It is part of my retreat supplies where I often choose a special, more complex pattern to work on that has lots of small pieces.
