LARGE DRUNKARDS PATH

Best template for layer cake! Started with one pattern. Watched MSQC videos on youtube. I didn't realize how easy drunkards path is until I jumped in and made one quilt. Three more are cut out and ready to sew. I doubt that I'll ever get as good as Jenny to sew these without pins. I use three pins. Works out ok. Got both sets of templates. Best value on the market and here's a secret -- THEY WORK!

Template made for an EASY, amazing pattern!

Circles have intimidated me for the longest time, HOWEVER ....This template worked beautifully, providing an opportunity for a Drunkard's Path Quilt of Valor from batiks. I could not believe how easily the pattern came together. I chose to fold my cut pieces in quarters & touch the tip with an iron for easy match up. Could not have been more simple. Drunkards Path Large

Template is easy to trim around and has virtually no waste when using a layer cake. The curve is large and gentle so it made sewing a curve for the first time very simple. I did match each end, center, and then the quarter points (additional to Jenny's tutorial for Wave quilt).
