These are great products...much better than the floppy-ish plastic or cardstock I've used in the past. I only have a couple suggestions:

1. They are on the expensive side -- and lately the discounted 10- or 20-packs have been listed as "out of stock," even though I'm still able to get the same quantity by ordering multiples of the 5-packs, which cost more per bolt.

2. The sticky paper (meant to protect the plastic on the bolts) is almost impossible to remove; it pretty much requires you to 'score' the paper with scissors...which sometimes means you scratch the acrylic after all, defeating the purpose. There should be a way to remove this paper more easily, or better yet just leave it off.

That said, I've been investing in these whenever I can get them in bulk, as they make such an attractive display for my stash...I tend to use them for 3+ yard lengths, and my wider fabrics. Although they are pricy, they hold a TON of fabric and look great on my shelves!

Perfect for Yardage organization, fits perfectly in my fabric drawers (on their sides) and allows me to see my choices at a glance.

They are sturdy and work well with my fabric yardage. They are thin, so they don’t take up as much room as the cardboard I was using previously.

I will be ordering more!

I have been getting my sewing room organized and these acrylic bolts are just the thing to organize my fabric in the drawers of an old filing cabinet. They fit perfectly and still leave room for whole bolts. Plus, when a couple arrived broken, Missouri Star replaced them right away with no hassle. Great product from a great company!

I Love these because they are so easy to use and holds up to 15 yards of fabric if needed. I am getting all my fabric organized.

Love the acrylic bolts. They are very sturdy and will not bend when you wrap your fabric on them. I have purchased other brands and they do not always want to stand up. They start to bend with the weight of the fabric! Thank you Missouri Star for creating these bolts!

Purchased a 10 pack of large bolts. Within hours of receiving the package I had my fabric wound up and realized I NEED MORE BOLTS! My sewing area is small. Organization is key to keeping it neat. Will be ordering additional bolts in both sizes soon. I recommend them to any sewer for any amount of fabric to help tame the “fabric shoom’s” piles which keep growing.
