Moda All-Stars Mini Marvels - 15 Little Quilts with Big Style

This book ranks in my all-time favorite quilting books in my collection! It has a wonderful variety of patterns, simple to follow instructions, and many helpful tips. It definitely earns 5 stars!

Different patterns aside from the usual stuff. I'm already considering which little quilt to make first.

I am enjoying reading and rereading this book. The beautiful photography enhances the clearly written directions for the small quilts. Such creativity! Each section is like opening a door into a wonderfully adorned space (these artists’ minds). Each quilt maker/artist was asked to list the music she listens to while working. I had wondered if others needed something else to think about while chain piecing….

Many of these mini marvels were great!

Waste of money - over half are applique or paper-pieced. If I had known this, I would not have bought this book. And I bought one for a friend, too, so that was a waste of double the money.
