    Great Customer Service

    I had ordered the, Ocean Child Pre-Fused Laser Cut Pack. About a week or so later when I finally opened the package to look at the cutouts I noticed it was missing the dolphin. Now all you mamma's and grandma's know you can't give one granddaughter a quilt with a dolphin and one without. I called MSQC right away and asked if they could just send me a dolphin and they sent me a whole new pack, no questions asked. They didn't even want the pack missing the dolphin back. Great Customer Service. I've never been disappointed with any thing that I've ordered or received from them.

    Laser cut mermaid

    I love these pieces. It makes the most beautiful wall hangings. Easy to apply. I have made both packages and they turned out beautiful.
