Once Upon a Time Free Quilt Pattern by John Kubiniec
Once Upon a Time pairs framed print squares with brown-and-blue quarter-square triangle blocks in a 56-inch-square quilt. John Kubiniec designed the project with the Books & Letters collection by Whistler Studios. Sashing and small cornerstones separate the alternating blocks, while a directional book-print border surrounds the center. Framed red squares finish the border corners, and a narrow outer border completes the top. Binding may use the remaining book print or additional red fabric.
