Uh oh, a spool is unraveling! Refresh and try again.
Description:

Park Path combines large half-square triangle blocks with blocks made from four smaller half-square triangles. Their changing orientation carries the printed and cream fabrics through ten rows of eight blocks. Lucy A. Fazely designed the advanced-beginner quilt with Bedford Park fabrics by Morris & Co. The finished quilt measures 48 by 60 inches, with six-inch finished blocks and a full fabric-placement diagram that keeps the two block groups organized across the top.

Park Path Free Quilt Pattern by Lucy A. Fazely quilt pattern summary

  1. Cut the two sizes of triangle pieces, checking the direction of the prints before cutting. Keep the binding strips separate from the block fabrics.
  2. Pair the print and cream triangles to make the large units. Piece the smaller triangle units in groups of four to form the second block type.
  3. Arrange the blocks in ten rows of eight, following the orientation shown in the layout. Sew the blocks into rows and join the rows.
  4. Prepare the binding and backing, layer and quilt the top, then trim the extra layers. Finish the binding by hand or machine.
