Petal Pop Pillow Set Free Pattern by Wendy Sheppard quilt pattern summary
- Cut the panel squares and strips for both pillow shapes. Frame the square centers with the C and B strips to make two throw-pillow tops.
- Layer and quilt the throw-pillow fronts, then trim them to 24 inches square. Prepare the envelope-back flaps, overlap the back pieces with the front, stitch around the edges and bind.
- Sew the C and B rectangles to the sides of the smaller panel squares to make two lumbar-pillow tops. Layer and quilt them, then trim to 12 by 24 inches.
- Prepare the lumbar envelope backs, position them against the quilted fronts and stitch around the outside edges. Bind the pillows and insert the pillow forms.
