Nice design but material requirements given not as pictured

Pattern is good but I imagine less experienced sewers would not be comfortable with the color/fabric instructions. The picture shows one fabric cuts view but the directions have a different way.

Quilt as you go 5"Squqre Quilt Pattern

Didn't know there was a special tool you needed. I don't have the tool and have no intentions to purchase it. After reading the pattern I was hoping for some guidance or tutorial on making the quilt without the tool. It would have been nice to have both options in the quilt instructions. Not a fan!!!
