Quilting Product Description

Quilter's Dream Wool is made with a blend of fine domestic and Merino Wool. It is light, luxurious with wonderful warmth and a lovely soft drape. Exceptionally comfortable and breathable. Carded, crosslapped and thermally bonded for uniformity, 1/3" loft, strength and resiliency. No prewashing necessary. May be machine washed and dried with no shrinkage. No scrim or resins. Stitch up to 8" apart. Can be hand or machine quilted or tied.

    Only batting I buy

    I used to be an all cotton quilter. Two years ago I switched to quilters dream wool batting- I love the weight (very light) and loft.

    Wool batting

    Lovely to work with. Makes the quilt a little bit heavier (maybe that’s in my mind). I was used to using cotton- so this had more loft so was kind of fun to FMQ and have my design kind of “poof”. Picture is what I made with it.

    Great Batting!

    This wool batting is great for use when I do my hand quilting. The feel and drape plus the comfort of wool make my quilts so comfortable.
