Red Ridge Free Quilt Pattern by Wendy Sheppard
Red Ridge is an intermediate quilt designed by Wendy Sheppard featuring Circa Turkey Red fabrics. Star blocks made with half-square and quarter-square triangles alternate with chain blocks built from squares and four-patch units. Five rows of blocks are separated by sashing and small cornerstones, then framed with two inner borders and an outer border. The finished quilt measures 90.5 inches square. Separate block diagrams and a complete layout show the fabric combinations and unit rotations.
