Shabby Plaid Free Quilt Pattern by Lucy A. Fazely
Shabby Plaid constructs its large blocks from strip sets cut into segments of different widths. Two block arrangements alternate across four rows, creating the plaid design with New Traditional fabrics by Lillian August. Lucy A. Fazely designed the advanced-beginner quilt, which finishes at 72 by 96 inches. Its twelve blocks each finish at 24 inches square, and the instructions include separate diagrams for the strip groups and the final alternating layout.
