Simply Baltimore features nine printed Baltimore Album block designs separated by red-and-cream pieced sashing. Cream strips can be added around the printed squares to bring each block to the specified assembly size. Red squares set diagonally within cream triangles form short and long sashing units, continuing around the quilt center. A wide floral border frames the finished 56½ inch square quilt, which is completed with double-fold binding made from the selected binding fabric.

- Cut the nine printed block designs as large as possible without cutting into neighboring motifs, adding cream frames where needed to reach the specified block size.
- Join red squares and cream triangles into the three lengths of sashing units, trimming the ends with seam allowances beyond the square points.
- Join blocks and short sashing into horizontal rows, add the longer sashing between rows, then surround the center with the remaining units.
- Measure and attach the side floral borders followed by the top and bottom borders, then finish with double-fold binding.
