Starry Seas Batiks Strips

I like the color spectrum. I sewed five of them together to make a strip set, then cut on the diagonal on 12 inch squares to make triangles. I sewed the triangles together to make blocks that looked like half log cabin blocks, then pieced them together to make two twin quilts—one the negative of the other.

I loved the colors. They were beautiful. I made a grad quilt with them.

Batics are always wonderful to work with, and this color combination was very pretty. The vibrant colors and unique patterns make these strips perfect for various quilting projects. I appreciate the quality of the fabric, which feels durable yet comfortable to handle.
