Perfect Quilt Border Fabric!

My husband asked me to make a patriotic quilt for his best friends 74th Birthday who has para-military history. I made the Layer Cake Quilt pattern from Missouri Stars tutorial. Also used the Stonehenge patriotic Layer Cake print. This sky fabric I used for the outer, 8” border and it turned out absolutely Beautiful! This particular fabric added just the right touch to the color scheme and have to say the colors are much richer in person!

Cloudy Day storm?

This is really good quality fabric, it just isn't as light and summery sky as it look in the picture. Seems to be a rain is coming. That was my only problem wti it for I love Stonehenge.
