Perfect colors for my quilt

They were the exact shades of red and blue that I was looking for. I was using a layer cake for the first time, and it was smooth sailing! I saw a tutorial for a big star block quilt called Tango, again, just the perfect pattern to use with the layer cake.

Beautiful colors for a patriotic quilt

I love the beautiful colors in the patriotic quilt that I am making. I'm using it for a rag quilt, just trying to avoid duplicate placing of squares and to spread out colors. I already gifted it, I have a picture of it if I can figure out how to send. I'm happy and surprised.
