- Fussy cut the cheater-cloth center to the specified dimensions, allowing a quarter inch beyond the outer print edge where needed. Cut the border and binding strips from the chart.
- Join the B strips end to end. Measure the center length for the inner side borders, attach them, then measure the updated width for the top and bottom borders.
- Join the C strips and repeat the measurement process for the outer border, adding the sides before the top and bottom.
- Layer the top, batting and backing, baste and quilt as desired. Bind with C strips.
