It was the perfect size to keep the binding from tangling and fraying while finishing the quilt. I ordered 5 bobbins and filled them all. These keep my binding from falling on the floor and me rolling over it with my chair.

I like all kinds of binding holders. When I finish a quilt top, I go ahead and make the binding for it and put it on a holder. Then it is ready to go when the quilt gets back from the longarmer. I bought a few of these to give away.
