Clear Tape doesn't work for me

I didn't realize this tape would be clear. The picture appears as blue. I use a different brand tape on my rulers for guidelines. This clear tape will not work for this application. This tape is much thinner than the one I currently use. I have been looking for a replacement for what I currently use. I guess I will have to keep looking.

Helpful tape

I use this tape to wrap around thread spools to keep them from unraveling. That is very helpful. I'm sure I will think of other uses and there is a lot of tape on this roll.
