Thousand Mountains Free Quilt Pattern by Jane Sassaman
Thousand Mountains arranges vegetable prints in alternating rows of upright and inverted triangles. Jane Sassaman designed this intermediate quilt with her Vegetable Patch collection, using fussy cutting to position the artichokes, carrots, asparagus and other motifs within the shapes. The triangles have distinct tips and bases, with separate side templates completing the row edges. A narrow solid frame and broad floral borders surround the garden rows, bringing the finished quilt to 75 by 101 inches.
