Which Way South Free Quilt Pattern by Stacey Day
Which Way South surrounds large print squares with rows of flying geese, arranging the blocks on point between diagonal bands of geese. Small corner pieces shape the print blocks, while setting triangles complete the outside edges. Stacey Day designed the advanced-beginner quilt using Flying South fabrics by Clare Youngs. It finishes at 79 1/4 inches square, with ten-inch finished blocks and a four-at-a-time method for making the flying-geese units.
