Whiskers and Rainbows Free Quilt Pattern by Wendy Sheppard
Whiskers and Rainbows is an intermediate quilt by Wendy Sheppard featuring the Pen and Petal collection. Twenty-five pieced Cat blocks alternate facing directions within five rows, with sashing between the rows. A narrow inner border, a pieced border of colored rectangles with corner triangles, and a plain outer border surround the cats. The finished quilt measures 40 by 48 inches. The fabric chart uses fat quarters for the cat prints and fat eighths for the colored border fabrics.
