Wilmington Essentials - Red Carpet 40 Karat Gems

This is a great product I used the along with some farm fabric to make a lap quilt for my daughter in law for Christmas.

Was very happy with this purchase. Am making a cream/red log cabin quilt and these red prints help even out some the “wilder” red prints I am incorporating. Very nice material to work with!

The fabric is very good quality with rich deep color. Planning to make a lined jacket with it very shortly. Purchased as a Daily Deal and am planning to purchase another at full price to keep in my stash!

While it looked like a nice selection of prints on the picture, my first disappointment was to receive mostly the least interesting print, with just a couple others. But I was horrified to discover that, just by sitting there, package only half opened while I was looking at other fabrics, it had stained my white throw badly! Now I have no idea what I’m going to do with these since you can’t pre-wash strips. I’m stuck with them, can’t use them. This was my first Wilmington purchase and it will...

This red is very interesting and not solid. But it comes a cross as solid. It works out great making my strips not quite the same. Good in my red , white and blue.
