Beautiful colors for a special gift

The colors are deep saturations, jewel tones, and the flannel is a good weighty flannel. I am making a baby quilt with 16 of the squares. Not sure yet what I'll do with the others. The gift is for my neighbor who will be a first-time grandmother. I just bought a yard of one of the Woolies blue check fabrics in the set to make binding. I used a flannel I had on hand for the baking which has some similar blue color in it.
