I love Missouri Star thread. My high speed machines love it as well due to the low shredding and lint release. The thread is consistently uniform and strong. The thread, combined with the storage case, is a winner in my opinion.

I admit that this was an impulse purchase. I normally just buy thread as I need it, but the stash builder was on sale so I took a chance. The thread color assortment is very nice and includes all the basics: white, black, navy, several grays, a couple of creamy shades. The other “colors” are useful ones. I love all the choice of colors. I always find one to match my project. It's different working with all cotton, it likes to curl at the needle, rather than laying straight like other threads. So it may tangle up when starting to sew. You have to hold it out of the way when starting to sew. I like that it came in it's own container, it keeps all the threads clean and sorted. I place my bobbin in with the thread when I'm done with a project, so I have a matching thread.
