Baby Shark Family Fabric

I purchased this fabric to make a quilt for my granddaughter. It was good quality but the background wasn’t crisp white as I expected but more a dull white (almost light gray) even after washing it before sewing.

not as good a quality of fabric I was hoping for. Fabric isn't very soft even after washing and very open weave..... not nice and tight. oh, well.
