OMNI Thread is a poly-wrapped poly core thread. Designed for longarm machine quilting, OMNI Thread is available in 172 solid colors. OMNI Thread was designed as a strong machine quilting thread for high speed longarm quilting and is recommended as both a top thread and a bobbin thread. OMNI is much cleaner, brighter, and stronger than other poly-wrapped poly core threads. Recommended Needle Topstitch #90/14 (for home machines) and #18 (MR4.0) (for longarm machines). Recommended Top Tension 4.0 ñ 5.0 (home machines) and average setting (for long arm machines).

New to quilting

I am a beginner and am still learning my way around my machine. I started using this thread because I heard about it in a tutorial. I got this particular color for a baby quilt. I don’t know a lot about thread, but the stitches looked very good and it was easy to work with. Missouri Star has an excellent price on it and the shipping cost is great. I’ve ordered a variety of colors.
