I recommend watching Misty’s tutorial before making this quilt. She has a lot of tips to make it easier. Also, do like she says and make one block for reference as there are so many angles.

The pattern was poorly written and lacked detailed instfuctiins.
Ue where was the lattice piece supposed to be placed? Was the white piece to have the raw edges lined up on the line and sew 1/4 inch over from the middle line? Or was it to be lined up with a 1/4 inch over the line? Covering up the line makes it difficult to sew an accurate seam line.
The intersection of the 4 lattice blocks is bulky and difficult to sew accurately.
