Mother knows best and this updated Mother's Choice quilt block is a simplified version of the classic quilt block you know and love. Instead of HSTs in a few key places, it uses flying geese to make piecing easier. To begin, you'll need one roll of 2 1/2" print strips and one roll of 2 1/2" background strips along with 1/2 yard for the inner border and just under two yards for the outer border.
