    Slight changes

    I decided to make my trees look green and not broken up like the pattern. I was really happy with that. My problem was with the reindeer antler. The white was not enough contrast with the background, even after I used a dark brown decorative stitch and outline on them. All the 1/2 square triangles didn’t fit at the size indicated, so make yours a bit bigger and trim down. Don’t make the same mistakes I did.

    A Cute Christmas Gift

    Will be making this as a Christmas gift for a "deer" friend. Lella patterns are clear and easy to follow. I'm changing up the trees using fabric from Deb Strain.

    reindeer crazy

    perfect pattern for my hunting SIL still finishing off 2 other gift quilts but really like the whole digital purchase option. prints off beautifully and still have the e-copy in case I misplace the paper one
