The EZ Rule II ruler is just the right size for so many projects! The acrylic ruler measures 6.5" x 24". It is marked in 1/8" increments and has 45-degree and 60-degree angle lines. All four sides have 1/4" seam allowance markings.

Great ruler for precise cutting

I am very pleased with my new ruler. The wider ruler seems to hold the fabric in place better than the more narrow rulers. Most recently, I used it to cut fabric strips to make borders for panels. I used the EZ Rule to cut the border strips. I did use it recently when I made a one yard apron, cutting strips for the apron ties. I don't have any pictures of the actual cutting.

Perfect for 6" strips and pouches

I love that it is 6" wide. It is great to use when I need 6" strips. The numbers and lines are really easy to see. This happens to be the only ruler I am using right now as I need 6" strips. I have been making zipper pouches and cutting the fabric 6" X 8". It makes a nice size zipper pouch.

Perfect ruler for quilting projects

I've been looking for a ruler of this size for a long time. It is long enough to cut through the entire width of the fabric but short enough that it's not overly large and cumbersome. I use it for cutting from yardage for a project. It's wonderful, and I like the half inch marks on it as well so I can help measure easier.

Perfect go-to ruler for quilting

This ruler has all the necessary markings for a perfect go-to ruler. I use it for misc. large cuts of fabric and for mitering those perfect corners when adding borders to my quilts.

Essential ruler for quilting

This ruler has measurements on it that you don't typically see. The way they are listed on the ruler is important. Love this ruler. I purchased two. One to use now and a backup.
