    I think you should add "5" to the title.

    I am using old linens with embroidery on to make large hexagons. I thought a good ruler would be better for me to use then making one out of cardboard. I have collected the linens for a long time and am in the mood to start on this. I had carpel tunnel operation on my right hand which is healing nicely so I can soon start my project. When I finish this project then it is on to using my Mother's and Grandmother's hankies as well as my own to frame them along with some brooches they wore. Then I have two quilts (work in progress) to do for my granddaughter (wedding) and a boy scout Eagle Tee shirt for my grandson, now Mechanical Engineer.

    This ruler was confusing at first.

    This ruler was confusing. I thought hexagons were measured by the length of one side, not the height from side to side??? This ruler measured by the height measurements. I can still use it, I just have to forget what is written on it and actually measure the side of the hexie I am using and then align it with the correct side on the ruler ignoring the measurements written on it. ??? I did watch a video on how to use it so that helped some.
